How to sit
Before any channeling, prayer, or 'messages': challenge. In the name of what you hold most high, ask if the contact comes in love. If you cannot do that, do not open.
Course
The Holy Spirit is to be distinguished from the ego's spiritual voice. The Handbook is a field manual for that distinction.
