Open Today. Practice the lesson as it asks. Apply it to one real room. That is already the path, the harvest, and what people call ascension — locally, now.
Open TodayWhat people call ascension is harvest: a change of vibration, not a ride off the planet. You are already the Infinite Creator, under a veil, in third density. The exam is the Choice — love or control — this hour. This is the order that does not skip the heart.
Knowing the map is not graduation. Treating the next person as the Creator is. The Course’s workbook is the safest training for that. Ra is the cosmology so the training is not floating in space. Tina keeps it in ordinary life. Carla keeps the instrument honest.
Walk the steps in order the first time. After that, Today is always the work: one lesson, practiced as it asks, applied to a real room. Indigo, archetypes, and manifestation come after green. That is not a mood. It is the physics of positive harvest.
Words you need
Seven terms. After these, the rest of the library is the same few ideas in more rooms. The full glossary is here— hard words in plain English.
Infinite Creator
God. Not a judge in the sky. Endless, aware, and kind. You have never been outside God.
Third density
The grade you are in now: a person who knows they exist, who forgot they are God, and who must choose love or control. A planet spends about 75,000 years in this grade.
The veil
A blindfold. You forget you are one with God so that love can be a real choice, not just a fact you cannot miss.
The Choice
Love people (service-to-others) or control them (service-to-self). Doing both is not graduation — you take the class again.
Polarize
Ra’s word. Aim the will toward love or toward control, this hour, with a real person. Not a mood. Not a political side. The workbook is a year of this. Mixed is a retake.
Harvest
Graduation from this grade. People often call it ascension. About 51% love graduates in love. About 95% control graduates the other way. Not a date. Not a rapture.
Green ray
The heart. Love that does not wait for them to change. Forgiveness lives here. If you skip this and chase visions, you skip the exam.
Forgiveness
Dropping the grievance against someone — not pretending it never happened. You remember. You refuse to let it run the next hour. That is the Course’s whole method.
Atonement
The already-finished correction of the idea that you left God. Not a payment. You accept it, usually by dropping a grievance in a real situation.
Frequency
How fast light is vibrating — the same light in different grades, like notes on one string. Densities and energy centers are that octave. Ra did not give Hertz. Forgiveness changes the vibration of a mind.

Step 1 · Where you actually are
Source
God is the Infinite Creator: aware, endless, kind. A galaxy-mind of Love (a Logos) designed this world as a classroom. You put on a blindfold so love would be a real choice. You have not fallen out of God. You are dreaming that you did.

Step 2 · The exam and the clock
Octave
Life has grades of light, like notes in a scale. You are in the third grade: choose love or control while you forget you are God. Graduation (harvest, what people call ascension) is becoming able to live the next grade. Earth is near the end of this round. Kindness this hour is the score, not a calendar date.

The Course
A Course in Miracles is 365 days of mind training in forgiveness. That is how you actually graduate in love. Each lesson tells you how often and how long to practice. Do it that way. Use it on a real person, not as a theory.

Step 4 · The heart is the physics
Centers
Seven energy centers, red through violet, from the base of the spine to the crown. Blocked energy feels muddy; open energy feels clear. The heart (green) is the exam. Forgiveness is how it opens. Do not chase visions while the heart is closed.

Arcana
Twenty-two pictures of how a hidden mind learns to choose. They are not fortunes. First look at the same job in mind, body, and spirit. Then look at two cards that make a verb. Then live. Do this after the heart is already in play.

The adept
An adept is not a rank. For an hour you aim the will at helping, then you take that role off and do the next ordinary thing. Getting things to appear is that work — not a board of pictures of things you want. Kindness the same day, or the sitting failed. There is no prize after 365. The rest of the life is the same motion.

One sitting, then live
Ra’s group ethic, and still the only safe one. Information that does not re-enter the day was entertainment.
You have not left
The fall is a dream of distance. You are not climbing back to God. You are stopping the insistence that you are elsewhere.
Mixed is a retake
Positive harvest ~51% service-to-others. Negative ~95% service-to-self. No one is failed. The classroom repeats until the Choice is who you are.
