Carla L. Rueckert
The instrument
Ra's voice was a woman who took communion, tuned a circle, and refused cheap occultism. This stream holds her life as instrument, Q'uo, Hatonn and Latwii, the handbooks, and the living archive at L/L Research. Step 8: stay human.
In plain words

In plain words
An adept is not a job title. For an hour you aim the will at service. Then you go do the next ordinary thing.
The magical personality is a role you put on. Wear that role for the sitting. Take it off afterward.
Tina’s stream is here.

Carla L. Rueckert, the instrument
Carla Lisbeth Rueckert (1943–2015) was the voice of the Ra contact: a Christian mystic who offered her body as a trance instrument while Don Elkins questioned and Jim McCarty supported. She did not claim to be Ra. She claimed to be a woman who had tuned her life — prayer, communion, care of the body, refusal of cheap occultism — until a contact of unusual purity could use it. After Don's death she continued as a conscious channel for Q'uo and as a teacher of wanderers. The archive is not a personality cult. It is a record of a group that put harmony above being interesting.
contact
The Ra contact (1981–1984)
One hundred and six sessions in trance. Don's questions, Carla's body, Jim's support, Ra's answers. The Law of One books and later The Ra Contact: Teaching the Law of One are the transcripts. The contact ended with Don's death and Carla's health. What remains is the densest Confederation teaching in English: densities, the veil, the Choice, wanderers, the archetypal mind, harvest. Sanctum's Ra stream is a study map of that contact, not a reprint of the transcripts. Read the originals at L/L Research and lawofone.info.

Q'uo and the Saturday meditations
After Ra, the group (and later the circle that survived Carla) received Q'uo — a principle of three Confederation social memory complexes (often named as Hatonn, Latwii, and Ra) speaking as one through conscious channeling. Q'uo is warmer, more pastoral, more willing to talk about ordinary spiritual life. Thousands of transcripts. If Ra is the textbook, Q'uo is the office hours.

Hatonn, Latwii, and the earlier circle
Before Ra, Don and Carla had years of conscious channeling: Hatonn (love, comfort, a planetary voice of the Confederation), Latwii (light, humor, wisdom), Oxal, and others. Those sessions trained the instrument. They also explain why Ra could come: a group already dedicated, already skeptical, already in service. Do not skip this layer if you want to understand Carla. Trance Ra was the peak of a long, unglamorous practice.
book
A Wanderer's Handbook
Carla's large, kind book for souls who feel they are not from here. It covers incarnation, suffering, sexuality, church, the shadow, and service without asking you to join a club. It is the pastoral companion to Ra's wanderer sessions (12, 16, 36, 52, 65). If the Law of One made you lonely, this book is the opposite of lonely.
book
A Channeling Handbook
The practical ethics of being an instrument: tuning, challenging spirits, group harmony, the care of the body, the refusal of negative contact. Required reading if you sit in any circle, including a circle of one with Tina's recordings or an inner 'voice.' Carla is severe here, and that severity kept people safe.
book
Living the Law of One 101: The Choice
Carla's plain-speech introduction to third density: you are here to choose love or control, over and over, until the choice is who you are. It is the best on-ramp to Ra for someone who also studies ACIM, because the Course is already a 365-day training in that Choice.
practice
Tuning the instrument
Carla's daily craft: singing, prayer, the tuning talk before a session, the challenging of the contact, the grounding after. You can steal this for a Course morning. Tune, ask the Holy Spirit in, challenge anything that feels like specialness or fear, do the lesson, ground with a glass of water and a ordinary task. The Confederation and the Course both fail when the instrument is theatrical.

L/L Research and the living archive
The non-profit Don, Carla, and Jim built. It still publishes transcripts, holds meditations, and gives the material away. Sanctum points here on purpose. If this app becomes a substitute for the primary sources, it has failed. Use it as a table of contents and a crosswalk. Then go to the books.
Sanctum writes original study notes and a crosswalk. The Course remains the Foundation’s book — these rooms are study notes, not their typesetting. Tina’s books and videos remain hers; her official 2019 commentaries are embedded. The Ra sittings are the public transcripts, for free personal study, not for sale. Official doors: acim.org, channelingjesus.com, lawofone.info, and llresearch.org.
