God’s justice: no one loses
Human justice often means someone pays. God’s justice means the truth is true for all, so no one has to lose for another to be whole. The ego hates it because it will not honor guilt.
If justice still needs a victim, it is not this justice. Apply it to the person you want to see lose. That is the test.
No sacrifice in God
Sacrifice is the ego’s religion: give up something real to get God. This chapter says you are not asked to sacrifice anything real. Only the pose of specialness.
You do not buy Heaven with a loss. You drop a pose that was never you.
The same Christ
In you and in them. The joining of minds is not a hive. It is the end of the idea that your good costs theirs. The Law of One’s ‘no disharmony’ is this chapter in Ra’s mouth.
Your awakening does not require their failure. That sentence undoes most of what we call fairness.
How to sit this chapter
When you want a fair ending in which they finally pay, ask: what would an ending look like in which no one has to lose what they are? Sit there. It will feel unfair to the ego. Stay.
Unfair to guilt is what this justice is.
Words in this chapter
Christ
The Self we share — the identity under the ego’s project. Jesus is the one who finished the curriculum first; Christ is what he remembered, and what you are. Seeing “Christ’s face” means seeing past the pose without denying the person in front of you.
God
Not a magnified human with moods. God is, and you are His creation. The Course’s God does not condemn, bargain, or require suffering. Fear of God is the last obstacle because the ego’s god is a projection of guilt. “God goes with me” is identity, not a mascot.
Spalding
No one is getting away with anything, and no one is condemned. Tina holds both without flinching.

There is no disharmony in the Law of One. Justice is that fact, applied to your enemy.
