Workbook · Part I
Lesson 102
I share God's Will for happiness for me.
What this lesson is saying
Today’s idea is: “I share God's Will for happiness for me.” In ordinary English: You share that will. Wanting to be unhappy is a habit, not obedience.
Peace is treated as a prize after they change, after you win, after the picture improves. This lesson says peace is available instead of this — this spike, this news, this face. Happiness is not a mood you manufacture. Misery is not holiness.
You do not have to believe it first. You use the words on one real judgment — of someone, of yourself, of a situation — and then you take the next ordinary step.
This is not saying
This is not pretending you feel calm. You may still feel the wave. You stop waiting for the world to go first before you are allowed to rest.
Why this can change a day
If peace depends on them, they own your day. If peace is a way of looking, then a meeting, a kitchen, a text, and a self-judgment are all eligible. That is a different life, not a different philosophy.
In your day
Same idea, three ordinary places — a relationship or encounter, the case against yourself, and a situation at work or at home. You do not need a special mood.
With someone
You notice you do not actually want to see — you want to be right. The day already feels decided.
What to do
Say the words as written: “I share God's Will for happiness for me.” Determination is a decision, not a mood. Make it. Badly is allowed. Then look at one actual face or one actual thing.
Toward yourself
A murder show, a takedown, entertainment that tastes like winning.
What to do
Say the words as written: “I share God's Will for happiness for me.” Notice the taste without self-loathing. Thoughts of attacking and of being attacked are the same thought. Look away. Then the next decent hour.
At work, at home, or in a situation
A stranger in a line, a driver, a voice on a phone — already judged in two seconds.
What to do
Say the words as written: “I share God's Will for happiness for me.” Two seconds is enough to glue a story. Take it off. They are still a person. Then go on.
Two voices in the same mind
Hear which one is running. Then today’s idea, on a real person — or on you.
Unloving thought
Seeing would cost the judgment. I am determined to win, not to see.
Jesus’s way
“I share God's Will for happiness for me.” Peace in this book is instead of this, not after this. If you want both, you want the war.

Jesus’s commentary for Lesson 102
Tina reads the official workbook lesson first. Then she channels. The video is the source. The notes below are study notes of that sitting — not a transcript, and not A Year of Forgiveness.
After the reading
In the video · Jesus speaking
This is the channeled portion — after Tina has read the lesson. Study notes of that sitting. Not a transcript.
- “I share God's Will for happiness for me.” Will is free, and you have been using it to stay unhealed.
- He asks for the little willingness that is not theatrical.
- After Tina reads Lesson 102, the channeling is living “I share God's Will for happiness for me.” He will not let it stay a slogan. Use these words. Do not swap them for a thought you like better.
How to sit today
Part I · One Self
The idea is above. This is the one sitting this number asks — how often, how long, and the words. Not a second lesson.
- How often
- Five minutes of each hour — the first five minutes of the hour when you can
- How long
- Five minutes
- Through the day
- Repeat the idea between sittings so the hour is not a desert.
- If you forget
- Lesson 95 is the rule for lapses: omit as few as possible, and do not let a lapse become a story that you have failed.
How
- Lesson 102 continues the five-minutes-an-hour training of this stretch. Begin with the idea, close your eyes, and let related thoughts come or simply rest in the sentence.
- If an hour is missed, return at the next one. Do not throw the day away because part of it was forgotten.

This lesson is practice in polarizing with the person in front of you. Service to others is not a slogan. It is whether you treat them as the same being you are.
