Deeper meaning
Early third-density harvests on Earth yielded few graduates — the veil was new, polarity weak. Transfer of beings from Mars (whose experiment had damaged a world) added catalyst and population. Quarantine by the Council means Confederation and Orion both work through influence, not occupation. The Course’s ‘no one is forced to wake’ is this politics of the sky, localized: your will is still yours.
Practice
Notice one place you wanted someone to wake on your schedule. Release the schedule. Offer, do not occupy.
Ra's Egyptian service and its mixed results. A warning to every teacher, including you: specificity without the Law becomes distortion.
