Book I is the Law stated in a living room in Kentucky. Ra greets in love and light, names itself a sixth-density social memory complex, and will not violate free will. Densities, harvest, wanderers, Confederation and Orion, meditation, healing — the whole map is here in seed. The Course’s introduction is the same door: you are not what you think, and love is not a theory. If you only ever read this volume, and live session 4, you have the contact.
How to read this volume
Straight through, one session a sitting. Do not skip session 4 to get to UFOs. After session 10, the sit is part of the reading. When a density chart makes you feel ahead of someone, close the book and do exercise two on that face.
What this book teaches
The Law is a report, not a rule
All things, all of life, all of the creation is part of one original Thought. You cannot join this. You can only stop pretending you are outside it.
Third density is the Choice
Self-awareness under a veil, polarizing toward service-to-others or service-to-self. Harvest is not a rapture date. It is whether this hour loves.
Wanderers came to serve, and forgot
If that sentence describes a feeling, the assignment is still ordinary kindness. Romance about origin is personal/one-to-one (orange) dressed up as spirituality.
Free will is the first distortion
The Confederation will seem slow because they will not override you. The Holy Spirit in the Course is under the same law: little willingness, never a forced opening.
Read by movement
The greeting
Who Ra is, Venus, Egypt, the pyramid as a focusing shape — lore that is useful only if it does not become a treating tools as a religion.
The daily Law
Four exercises, balancing of catalyst, meditation. This cluster is the workbook of the contact.
This planet
Earth’s harvest, Maldek, the cycle, why the Confederation is here. You are in the season these sessions name.
Wanderers and the elder brother
Those who came from elsewhere, and the one known as Jesus. Service, not pedigree. Distortion of martyrdom-as-payment is named so you can drop it.
The octave in seed
Distortions, densities, energy centers introduced. Book II will open these. Book I already gives enough to live.

- After session 1, can I say the Law in one sentence without the word ‘Ra’?
- Have I done the four exercises on an actual face this week, or only admired them?
- If I am a wanderer, what ordinary service did I do today that required no audience?
Practice while you read
For the whole of Book I: each morning, one of the four exercises. Each evening, one sentence in a journal — not ‘what I learned,’ but ‘whom I served.’
Course
Workbook lessons 1–50 are the same undoing. Session 4 is lessons 20, 29, 35, and 221 in four breaths.
