Deeper meaning
Aids from the Confederation were given when asked, then often turned into priesthood and empire. Atlantis is a picture of high technology without heart (green). Egypt is a picture of a teaching that became a tomb religion. You do not need to pick a past life as identity. You need to notice the same pattern in your hour: gift, then control of the gift.
Practice
Name one gift you have been using to rank yourself. Offer it without the rank.
Deep Earth history as cycles of harvest and failure to harvest. Useful as humility: we have been to this exam before. Useless as identity.

The past is over. It can touch you not (Lesson 8, 234). Use history as a mirror, not a home.
