Making Love to God

Tina's most embodied book: union with God as an erotic, whole-being event, not a concept. It is a direct challenge to body-hatred in religion and to body-worship in new age culture. For ACIM students who have used 'I am not a body' as a way to leave their life, this book is a corrective. For Law of One students, it is heart (green) and throat (blue) written as intimacy with the Creator.

How to read

Not as technique. As permission to include the body in the prayer. Pair with ACIM Chapter 15 (holy instant, special vs holy relationship) and Ra on sexual energy transfer (sessions 31–32, 48).

Course

The Course's 'I am not a body' is identity, not disgust. Tina refuses the disgust that sometimes hides in Course circles. Holy relationship includes the body as communication, never as a substitute God.

Open stream

Ra

Sexual energy transfer as polarization: orange/yellow possession versus heart (green) offering. Making Love to God is the heart (green) text of Tina's shelf.
