Meaning
Experience is catalyst plus your will. The Emperor sits because something has already been decided. The mind has organized the day into a throne of conclusions: they always, I never, this means. Service-to-others experience is order in service of love — a clean account, a kept word, a lesson used. Service-to-self experience is a fortress of being right. Most people live in this card all afternoon and call it personality.

Conclusions that leave the other-self free. Structure as kindness: plans, boundaries, kept promises. The Emperor who serves the city, not the ego.
Service-to-self
Being right as oxygen. The mind as a court that always finds the other guilty. Specialness with a gavel.
How to sit
Take one conclusion from today. Feel it fully. Hold its opposite. See both as the One. That is balancing, which is this card becoming usable again.
