Psychic greeting feeds on fear. Tune, challenge, ground. Then continue. Drama about greeting is extra distortion.

Deeper meaning
As the instrument brightened, fifth-density negative attention increased. Greeting uses fear, isolation, the body, pride. Defense is not attack. Defense is tuning, banishing as closing the circle cleaner than you found it, sleep, the love of companions. The Course’s protection is Lesson 135 and the refusal to fight. If greeting makes you a character in a war, the greeting already won a round.
Practice
When fear of unseen attack rises, do something kind and visible. Light in a room is hard to twist.
