Intelligent energy moving through a group-center (yellow) vehicle has a price. Carla paid in pain. Students pay in sleep, in distortion, in pride. Budget the work. The Course’s rest in God is not laziness. It is the fourth exercise. An adept who will not rest becomes a warning, not a light.

Schedule rest as if it were a session. Keep it.
