Crosswalk
Energy centers / rays
Course
Forgiveness clears the heart; ‘I am not a body’ frees the foundation; the holy instant is the gateway. The Course does not draw the rainbow. It does the same work.
Open streamSpalding
Include the body. Forgive the person in the room. Do not collect states. The stack clears in ordinary life.
Open streamRa
Seven rays, red through violet. Blocked, they store catalyst. Balanced, they move love/light. Green is the springboard. Violet is a readout.
Rueckert
Tuning is energy-center work with a safety protocol: dedicate, challenge, ground. High contact on a neglected stack is skipping ahead.
Open streamPractice
Pick today’s catalyst. Feel it. Hold the opposite. See them as one. Let one center glow. Then live the day.
