How to read this volume
Keep session 4 running in the morning. Read this volume for the centers and the Logos, not for occult status. When healing chapters arrive, remember Ra’s punchline: healing is the realization that there is no disharmony in the Law of One. Methods are training wheels.
What this book teaches
Logos is Love focused
A galactic mind designed this octave. The Sun further focuses it. Earth is a nested mind. You are not furniture in someone else’s sky.
Centers from the floor up
Red through violet. Do not skip ahead to the brow center while the root is a mess. Green is the springboard to fourth density. Violet is a readout.
Higher self is you, later
A sixth-density vantage that is still you, available as guidance. Not a separate angel. The Course’s remaining communication link.
Sexual energy is intelligent energy
It rises through the rays. Shame and conquest are both blocks. Honesty is the cleaning. Heart (green) transfer is a gift, not a hunt.

After each session in this book, one balancing: feel the day’s catalyst, hold the opposite, see them as one. Then a meal. Mysticism that skips the meal is not root (red) work.
