Calling yourself an adept because you can spell indigo.
Deeper meaning
Ra returns to meditation as the great tool and to indigo as the seat of the adept. Visualization, breath, silence — species of one willingness. Pumping energy up the spine to force indigo is how seekers unbalance. Let red be true, green be open, then indigo may flower. The Course’s later quiet (221, 183) is this without the physiology.
Practice
Sit five minutes with no project for the sitting. End when the body asks, not when a vision arrives.
Meditation methods matched to centers. Practical. Use what steadies love. Discard what produces phenomena you then chase.
