The balancing exercise. Crystal as a lens. The body as vehicle. This is the technical heart of the contact for a daily life.

A more noble purpose than the next kindness.
Deeper meaning
Harvest, for the positive, includes a new vehicle suited to compassion as climate. It is not a trophy light-body for the feed. Mixed minds remaining on Earth will occupy physical third-density vehicles while the planet itself fourth-densities — an awkward overlap. The Course’s ‘I am not a body’ prepares you not to panic when the vehicle changes meaning. Polarize. The clothing follows.
Practice
Stop hunting a light-body. Open the heart once today. That is the seed of the other vehicle.
How a body is taken up, how centers block, how incarnation is planned. Sickness as blocked energy and unused catalyst — not as divine hatred.
