Meaning
The Matrix of the Body is the incarnate vehicle as potential. Health, weight, sexuality as life-force, the fact of sitting in a chair — before the day’s wisdom, fortune, and handling have used you. Justice as a name means equilibrium, the sword of discernment still sheathed in the flesh. Shame of being a body fills this Matrix with mud. So does worship of the body. Both make it unworkable. Root (red) work in Sanctum’s Centers page is this card as a practice.
What the picture is doing
A seated figure, scales, sword, even pillars. Balance, not a verdict on your neighbor. The body as a fair instrument, waiting.

Courtesy to the vehicle so it can serve. Sleep, food, honest sex. The body as a communication device (Course), not a crime.
Service-to-self
The body as a weapon or a shop-window. Or as a punished object. Either way the Matrix is stuffed and cannot receive wisdom.
How to sit
Feel the simple fact of having a body, without improvement plans. Unused. Then eat something and go on. Mysticism that skips the meal is not this card.
